María José Arrechea

María José began her career at Natura almost 11 years ago. In this period there has been
worked in the Regional Marketing area with different positions and scopes,
such as: Regional Marketing Manager with three makeup brands and as
Commercial Communication Manager for Latin America.
Since 2019 she has held the position of Marketing and Communication Director for
Natura México, where he is responsible for developing strategies that generate
personalized and valuable experiences, as well as positioning the Natura brand in the
country.
With a Master of Business Administration (MBA), María José leads the team
that carries out commercial communication (Natura Magazine) as well as the area of
marketing to the end consumer through all communication channels:
mass and digital media.
