Before assuming his role at Unilever, Pablo developed a deep understanding of the media and advertising business at all levels across 25+ years.
With extensive experience in Media and Creative Agencies, he led the regional Media Agencies business in Latin America and managed global and regional clients, supporting their business growth.
Pablo was part of FCB, Lowe, and Saatchi & Saatchi before his international career at IPG. At IPG he held roles from Regional Director of Client Service to President of IPG Mediabrands Latin America, leading UM, Initiative, and BPN. He launched and developed specialized units including Reprise (Digital performance/Social), Cadreon (Programmatic), Orion, and Magna.
Pablo has led some of the most innovative teams during his career, earning various awards.
As a graduate in Advertising, Pablo was a professor at three universities in Argentina. Currently, he is the President of CCMA and a member of the Superior Council of CAA.
