Diana is a Social Psychologist graduated from UNAM and holds a Master's degree in Social and Cultural Psychology from the London School of Economics. With more than 17 years of experience in Innovation Consulting, Research Agencies and Advertising, she has developed a solid expertise in cultural and social analysis of consumer data and insights. She specializes in transforming insights into captivating narratives for audiences, brands and sponsors. Throughout her career, Diana has designed trend-based brand strategies and strategic analysis based on user feedback and data analytics focusing on the Latin American market, including Mexico, Argentina, USA, Colombia, Brazil, as well as Europe and Asia. She is currently a professor at CENTRO and an independent consultant for advertising, research and innovation agencies.
