Diana Flores is the Captain & Quarterback of the World Champion Mexico National Flag Football team.
Working alongside the NFL and the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) as the sport’s Global Ambassador, Flores seeks to advance Flag’s reach internationally to continue breaking gender and cultural barriers.

Flores has represented her country in numerous national and international tournaments, winning four National Titles since 2017, and was named the Most Valuable Player at the World Games 2022.

Flores earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication at Tecnológico de Monterrey, graduating with Honors and is now studying a Masters in Enterprise Innovation Development.

Flores is a devoted coach and was the Offensive Coordinator for the AFC at the 2023 NFL Pro Bowl Games. She also was the star of the NFL’s Super Bowl LVII advertisement, “Run With It," the #2 rated commercial by 2023 USA Today AdMeter.
