He earned a Master's in Marketing and a Managerial Skills Diploma from Tec de Monterrey. His career spans renowned international companies in consumer, retail, and B2B sectors, such as Nielsen, Tetra Pak, and Hershey.
As KFC Mexico's Marketing Director from 2016 to 2022, he led transformative efforts, boosting sales and profits. Merca2.0 recognized him as one of Mexico's top 50 influential CMOs in 2020, and in 2022, Adlatina named him one of Mexico's top 10 effective marketers.
Since August 2022, he serves as Chief Customer Officer at KFC Mexico, overseeing Marketing, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Training. His aim is to elevate the customer experience, drive profitable brand growth, enhance brand value, and make KFC the favorite among employees, customers, and the community.
